How Vartalaap handles data.

Vartalaap builds voice models and the AgentBox voice agent. This page describes what we collect on vartalaap.si and inside AgentBox conversations.

On this website

We set no advertising cookies. If we count visits, we do it with a cookieless analytics service that stores no personal data and reports only totals. Meeting bookings are handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy. The demo at bfsi.vartalaap.si is hosted by us.

In AgentBox conversations

• OTPs, PINs and card details are entered on a keypad or a secure screen, never spoken, and never stored by us.
• Every call states its purpose and asks for consent before recording, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
• The agent refuses details it did not hear and reads details back before acting.
• Transcripts and recordings are retained for the business that deployed the agent, for the period it sets, and erased on request with a log.
• Data is processed in India: in our Indian region, or inside the deploying business's own data centre.
